NOTE:  Billet Marine is now using the new XR Mercruiser overdrive forged lower gears. 

Final ratios of 1:14, 1:25, 1:35, 1:36 and 1:50 are now available.  

Raising your prop speed and lowering your pitch will substantially decrease the load over your entire outdrive.

Upper Gears:   1:36 & 1:50

XR, XZ and Modified Bravo Gears Available.

Billet Marine only uses specialty XR hand polished, processed and shot peened gears sets in our upper units.  

These gears are stronger, more reliable and often less expensive than the welded and frozen gears offered by others.  These gears can be set up at closer tolerances and will run much cooler than stock gears.
