We start with a new, steel bearing tower insert/modified housing.  This gives over a 300% increase in gear and bearing support.  We only use performance XR or, double TIG welded, hand polished, shot peened, cryogenically treated gear sets.    These are available in either 1:25, 1:35, 1:36 or 1:50 final drive ratios.

Special high speed, high load bearings are used in place of the old technology Mercruiser components.  

Aerospace alloy, high quality billet, tortional shaft connect all of the components.  The complete blueprinted assembly is then shimmed, checked, balanced and then topped off with a one piece, water cooled billet top cap.  This cap is internally water cooled and includes a six nozzle drive shower/cap assembly.  

2 week turn-around on most drives.

Stand off boxes, nose cones  and custom race only drives are also available.
